Pulled BBQ Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 beef roast or 1 pork roast
  • 45 ounces barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose Greek seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ground pepper
  • 12 hamburger buns

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Season roast with pepper and Greek seasoning on both sides place in a baking pan cover with foil and place in preheated oven for 1 hr or until no longer red in the middle.

    Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

    Place roast in ziploc bag and pound with meat hammer to loosen then remove from bag and pull apart with your hands (remove the fat).

    Set aside.

    Heat place BBQ sauce in medium or large sauce pan and mix with beef stock.

    Once mixed add pulled roast and simmer for minimum of 10 minutes.

    While roast is simmering toast your buns and prepare your sides!
