  • 3 qt. coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
  • 3/4 cup onions, thinly sliced Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Coleslaw Dressing
  • Pulled Pork
  • - pork butt, cooked, pulled
  • 2 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Assembly
  • 48 each Small flour tortillas
  • 48 slices Kraft Extra Swiss Cheese Slices

    Coleslaw: Combine ingredients.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Pulled Pork: Cook ingredients in saucepan on medium heat until heated through.

    For each serving: Top 1 tortilla with 1 cheese slice, 2-3/4 oz.

    (80 g) Pulled Pork and 2 oz.

    (60 g) Coleslaw; cover with second cheese slice and second tortilla.

    Cook on a griddle on medium-high heat 2 min.
