Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 4- 1/2 pounds Pork Loin Roast, Visible Fat Trimmed
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 can (12 Oz Can) Coke Zero

Directions

    Mix together dry ingredients and rub all over the pork loin.

    Set pork in the bowl of your crockpot.

    Combine enchilada sauce and Coke Zero in a bowl.

    Pour over the pork loin.

    Place lid on top of crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

    Then using 2 forks to shred the meat and let it sit in the sauce until ready to serve!
