- 1 whole Pork Roast
- 1 cup Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cups Cider Vinegar
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Rinse pork roast.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Place in a crock pot.

4Cook on low for about 8 hours.

5About an hour before pork roast is done, mix all remaining ingredients in small saucepan.

6Simmer on low for about 30 minutes.

7Remove from heat, let sit for about 30 minutes.

8When pork roast is done cooking, shred with a fork and knife.

9Pour BBQ sauce over the meat.

10This is great served on Kings Hawaiian sweet sandwich rolls, or as is.
