- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 bunch carrots, quartered
- 1 bunch celery (2-inch) pieces
- 8 to 10 small onions
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. red wine
Directions

1Place in a casserole or roaster by order listed, except the wine, which is added last hour of baking.

2Cover tightly and place in 250° oven for 2 hours.

3Open and stir well from the bottom. Return to oven and bake 5 hours total.

4Add the red wine during the last hour of baking.
