Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 small orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 teaspoons hemp oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Hemp seeds and additional pumpkin seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions

    In a blender, puree first 8 ingredients (through cloves) until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with pumpkin and hemp seeds, if desired; serve immediately.
