- 1 small banana
- 1 small orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons hemp oil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- Hemp seeds and additional pumpkin seeds for garnish (optional)
Directions

1In a blender, puree first 8 ingredients (through cloves) until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with pumpkin and hemp seeds, if desired; serve immediately.
