  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Beau Monde
  • 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. corned beef, chopped
  • 1 1/2 loaves round pumpernickel bread

Directions

    Mix the first 7 ingredients together.

    Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, hollow out middle of loaf of bread.

    Fill with dip.

    Cut remaining bread into large cubes and use as dippers.
