- 1 Tablespoon Margarine
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 3/4 cups Canned Pumpkin
- 1 pinch Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- 1-1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3/4 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 16 ounces, weight Box Fettuccini Pasta, Cooked
Directions

1Melt the margarine on medium heat and saute the garlic until soft. Stir in the pumpkin and grate a little nutmeg into the pot. Stir for 1-2 minutes.

2Stir in the whipping cream and bring to a low simmer. Stir frequently, letting thicken for 5-6 minutes.

3Stir in the Parmesan cheese and stir frequently until desired thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

4Serve with cooked fettuccini.
