- 4 eggs, beaten well
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. each: ginger, cloves and nutmeg
Directions

1Sift together last 5 ingredients.

2Grease and flour a jelly roll pan (10 1/2 x 15 x 1-inch).

3Set oven at 325°.

4Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil.

5Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes or until done.

6Do not overbake!

7Cool, frost and cut.

8These freeze well frosted or not.
