- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1 can pumpkin (2 c.)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1In a mixer bowl, beat together eggs, granulated sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy.

2Mix together cinnamon, salt, soda, flour and baking powder.

3Stir into mixture.

4Add pumpkin to mixture and mix thoroughly.

5Spread batter in an ungreased pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch).

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
