- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups pumpkin, level
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 cups flour
- 1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix eggs with sugar, then add all other ingredients.

2Put in a greased bar pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

4Check with fork.

5For frosting, if desired, beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and milk until soft.

6Add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread.
