  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with a fork.

    Add sugar, oil, pumpkin, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla; mix well.

    Pour batter into a greased 13x9x2 in baking pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
