- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1To start, mix 1 1/2 cups flour with the oil and set aside. Mix ingredients in order. Add the flour and oil at the very end. Add chopped nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or more.

2Makes 3 small loaf pans or 8 tin cans.

3When baking with cans, cut baking time down.
