  • 2 bunch collard greens
  • 2 bunch kale greens
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 3 tbsp viniger
  • 4 tbsp bacon grease
  • 2 cumberland ham hocks
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 2 cup fresh spinich or 1can

Directions

    In a large pot add water, then wash greens, chop greens add to pot.

    Add all other ingredients ,make sure water cover greens then, cook greens till tender.

    Check water level throughout cooking, you can season to taste after cooking.
