- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. each: nutmeg, salt and cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. raisins and 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Directions

1Combine sugars, pumpkin, oil and eggs.

2Add flour and spices gradually to sugar mixture.

3Stir in water and add raisins and nuts.

4Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for 65 to 75 minutes.
