- 3 cups flour (I use 1 cup whole wheat pastry, 2 cups white all purpose)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup sour cream
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 12 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup crushed walnuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and oil either one large bread pan or two smaller ones.

2Combine dry ingredients except spices in large bowl.

3Then, blend remaining ingredients, except nuts, in separate bowl.

4Combine wet mixture with dry mixture, but don't over mix, or the bread will be tough.

5Some lumps are to be expected.

6Pour or spoon into bread pans.

7Bake between one hour, twenty minutes, and one and a half hours, until a skewer sunk into the loaf's center comes out clean.
