- 1 23 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups canned pumpkin
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 13 cup chopped walnuts or 13 cup pecans
- 13 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease 9x5 loaf pan.

3Combine first five ingredients in medium bowl.

4Whisk eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil in large bowl.

5Whisk in dry ingredients until smooth.

6Stir in nuts (and chocolate chips if using).

7Pour into prepared pan.

8Bake 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.

10Remove from pan; cool.

11Can be made ahead.

12Wrap and freeze up to 1 month.

13Thaw at room temperature 6 hours.
