  • 10-15 oz. canned pumpkin
  • 7 grams or 1/4 oz yeast or 1 pkg.
  • 1tsp salt
  • 4 1/2 cups bread flour
  • Pumpkin seeds (unsalted)
  • 1/4c. warm water about 110F.
