- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. pumpkin
Directions

1Beat eggs with sugar until light and well blended.

2Beat in oil.

3Sift dry ingredients together; beat into egg mixture.

4Add pumpkin and mix well.

5Pour into well-greased and floured 9-inch tube pan.

6Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until cake tests done. Let stand in pan 10 minutes.

7Turn onto rack to cool.

8Serve with whipped cream or ice with cream cheese icing.
