- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- walnuts (optional)
Directions

1Mix sugar, oil and pumpkin puree in bowl; beat well.

2Add eggs; beat well.

3Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; combine with pumpkin mixture.

4Stir in raisins and nuts.

5Pour in 10-inch greased tube pan.

6Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.

7Do not open door under 1 hour.
