  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    Mix these ingredients well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan or jellyrole pan. Bake according to cooking directions on cake mix box. Prepare frosting by mixing 1 stick melted oleo, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese and 2 teasspoons vanilla. Spread on cake.
