  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 c. pumpkin

Directions

    Cream oil and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

    Measure dry ingredients and sift together.

    Add alternately with pumpkin and vanilla.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour in Bundt pan or for 35 minutes in 9-inch pans.
