  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients and beat on medium speed for 5 minutes.

    Fold in chopped nuts.

    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Let set 15 minutes, then turn out on cooling rack.

    Frost when cool.
