  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. mace
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

    Combine cake mix and spices in bowl.

    Add eggs, pumpkin and 1/3 less water than called for on cake mix box.

    Stir in raisins and nuts.

    Pour into greased tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Glaze with toppings of your choice.
