- 4 whole eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
Directions

1Beat the eggs together with the sugar until light and well blended. Add the oil, continuing to beat.

2Sift and stir the dry ingredients together and thoroughly beat them into the egg mixture. Add the pumpkin, mixing well again.

3Pour into well-greased and floured 9-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.

4Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Turn out on a rack to cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
