- 2 (1 lb.) cans pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. dry yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Directions

1Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and sugar.

2Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mixture and nuts on top.

3Drizzle 1 1/2 sticks melted butter over top.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
