  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 16 oz. pumpkin
  • 1 c. chopped raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • vegetable spray
  • 1 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. whipped topping

    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.

    Make a well in the center of mixture.

    Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients. Add to dry ingredients.

    Stir until moistened.

    Fold in raisins and pecans.

    Spoon into a 12-cup Bundt pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
