  • 2 lb. ground round steak
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 3 strips bacon
  • pork (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except the ketchup and bacon.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Put into loaf pan; cover with 3 strips of bacon.

    Pour over all one (8 ounce) can tomato sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Serves approximately 6.
