- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup pumpkin, cooked
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
