- 1 cup sugar
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tea baking powder
- 2 tea cinnamon
- 1/2 tea allspice
- 1 tea soda
- 1 tea salt
Directions

1Cream together first three ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly.

2Add remaining ingredients, mix until well blended.

3Pour into greased 9 x 13 or bundt pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until tests done.

4Cool 10 minutes, turn cake onto rack to cool.

5If using 9 x 13, cut into squares and frost with cream cheese icing or vanilla cream icing.
