  • 1 cup sugar
  • 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tea baking powder
  • 2 tea cinnamon
  • 1/2 tea allspice
  • 1 tea soda
  • 1 tea salt

Directions

    Cream together first three ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly.

    Add remaining ingredients, mix until well blended.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13 or bundt pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until tests done.

    Cool 10 minutes, turn cake onto rack to cool.

    If using 9 x 13, cut into squares and frost with cream cheese icing or vanilla cream icing.
