- 2/3 c. cooked pumpkin
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Add sugar to beaten eggs; beat.

2Add remaining ingredients and beat like a cake batter.

3Spread on cake roll pan that has been well greased and floured.

4Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes. Loosen and turn onto a towel that is sprinkled with confectioners sugar.

5Roll up.
