- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)
Directions

1Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.

2Beat with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

4Stir in canned pumpkin, milk and vanilla; mix well.

5Pour into the unbaked pie shells.

6Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.

7Cool and store in fridge until ready to serve.
