- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 12 green bell pepper, chopped
- 12 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 14 cup green chili, chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 400 g ground turkey
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 12 tablespoons chili powder
- 12 tablespoon cumin
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 14 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

2Saute the onion, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green chiles, and garlic until tender, about 10 minutes.

3Make room in the center of the skillet, add turkey, and brown, about 10 minutes.

4Stir in tomatoes, beans, and pumpkin.

5Season with chili powder, cumin, pepper, salt, and cayenne.
