  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. butternut flavoring
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c. nuts

    Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan and line with wax paper. Mix first 7 ingredients and pour over wax paper. Spread dry cake mix over mixture. Sprinkle with nuts; pour melted margarine over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. When completely cold, turn out and add topping.
