- 1 lb. can pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. margarine, melted and cooled
Directions

1Line 9 x 13-inch pan with wax paper.

2Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon and pour into pan.

3Pour box dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture.

4Pat nuts onto cake mix.

5Spoon melted and cooled margarine over nuts evenly.

6Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°. When cooled, invert cake on platter and peel off wax paper.

7Mix frosting.
