- 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- Cool Whip
- 3 eggs
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Line 13 x 9 x 2 pan with wax paper.

2Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon.

3Pour into pan.

4Shake yellow cake mix over pumpkin batter.

5Shake walnuts over dry cake mix and gently press nuts into cake mix.

6Melt margarine and spoon over entire top of mix.

7Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

8Let cool completely.

9Turn upside down on flat platter and peel off wax paper.

10May top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
