- 2 c. pumpkin
- 3 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Cook pumpkin and put in blender until creamy with mixer.

2Add flour, sugar and beaten egg yolks to pumpkin.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Blend with mixer.

5Add to pumpkin.

6Add milk last. Bake at 450°

7for 15 minutes.

8Turn oven back to 350°.

9Bake for 1/2 hour.
