- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients together.

3Place in a round Pyrex dish.

4Place filled dish in a pie plate and fill the pie plate with water until it is 3/4 of the way full.

5(This steam makes the custard creamy.)

6Place pie plate with filled dish in the oven.

7Cook 1 hour or until a toothpick, inserted in the middle, comes out clean.

8Be careful removing from the oven. Let cool.

9Eat.
