- 3 c. cooked pumpkin
- 3 c. milk
- butter like a walnut
- beaten egg whites

- baked pie shell
Directions

1Mix first 10 ingredients and cook until thick.

2Fold in beaten egg whites.

3Pour into pie shell.

4Sprinkle nuts on top.

5Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and 400°

7To use as pudding, omit pie shell.
