  • 24 oz. pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 12 oz. can milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix the first 7 ingredients together; pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  2. 2
    Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the mixture.
  3. 3
    Melt oleo; sprinkle over cake mix.
  4. 4
    Put in a 350° oven for 38 minutes. Remove and sprinkle nuts over the cake and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
