- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling mix (not packed pumpkin)
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese.

2Beat until well blended.

3Beat in remaining ingredients.

4Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

5To serve, let it soften and put into a very small, hulled out pumpkin with gingersnap cookies around the pumpkin.
