- 1 large can pumpkin
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- dash of salt
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl.

2Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

3Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture.

4Melt the oleo and dribble over the cake mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top of cake.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
