  • gingersnaps
  • 1 gal. ice cream
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with gingersnaps (sides, too!).

    Melt the ice cream; mix with pumpkin and cinnamon.

    Mix, pour into pan and freeze.
