- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. Carnation milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cook together sugar, pumpkin, cornstarch, spice and milk until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water or reaches 235°.

2Do not stir while cooking; add vanilla.

3Stir together and cool in ice water to 110°.

4Beat until smooth or it loses its gloss.

5Pour on buttered plates and cut into small squares when nearly cool.
