- 3/4 cups Cornmeal
- 1 cup Flour
- 3/4 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1/2 cups Applesauce
- 1 cup Milk
- 3/4 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cups Honey For Drizzling

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2Sift together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg until foamy. Add in applesauce, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix together. Once combined, add in flour mixture. Pour batter into a well-greased 8x8 glass bowl. Drizzle honey over the top the cornmeal batter. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm with butter and any extra honey.
