  • 2/3 c. pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. flour

Directions

    Grease 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet and place wax paper over pan leaving a couple inches wax paper hang over each end.

    Then grease over top of wax paper.

    Mix ingredients.

    Pour into pan and spread evenly and smoothly in a thin layer.

    Sprinkle with nuts if desired.

    Bake about 10 minutes.

    Will burn easily, watch closely.
