- 1/2 Pkg (15 oz) refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 can (15 oz) solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated whole milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. maple extract
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Prepare piecrust according to package directions for a single-crust pie, using a 9-inch pie pan.

3Whisk together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger and maple extract until smooth.

4Pour into prepared piecrust.

5Bake pie 15 minutes.

6Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

7Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

8Transfer pie to wire rack and cool completely.
