  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 4 JELL-O Vanilla Sugar Free Pudding Snacks
  • 3/4 cup COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 12 gingersnaps
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk

Directions

    MIX pumpkin, pudding, COOL WHIP, vanilla extract, cinnamon and pumkin spice.

    Stir until combined well.

    Divide mixture evenly among 4 bowls.
