- 1.5 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla/original yogurt
- 1/8 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2Combine dry ingredients (through cinnamon)

3In separate bowl, combine wet ingredients (through egg)

4Add wet to dry, stirring with a spoon until just combined

5Spoon batter into 9 greased muffin cups

6Combine 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar and 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, and sprinkle on top of muffins

7Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until just set in center Remove immediately from muffin tin and let cool on cooling rack
