- 3 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. corn oil (no substitutes)
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pumpkin
- 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix together corn oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

2Add flour mixture, pumpkin, chopped nuts and raisins.

3Bake in three (1 pound) coffee cans, greased and floured.

4Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.

5Delicious served with cream cheese-pineapple spread.
